MaryJo Chamberlin

Mary Jo Chamberlin is a full time Realtor and Pelican Bay resident who can articulate to potential buyers, the unique qualities and investment within your neighborhood.

Her goal is to obtain the most amount of money for her sellers, and the best deal possible for her buyers, in the shortest amount of time, through an easy and seamless transaction.  Mary Jo’s business process includes thorough market research, a world wide network of potential second home buyers,  and a communication style that yields well negotiated sales transactions.  Mary Jo is consistently in the Diamond Circle of Excellence, amongst the highest ranking agents, requiring a minimum of $20 million in annual sales and ranked in the top 1.5% of all Real Estate Agents and Brokers in the NATION.

Mary Jo has an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Kent State University, along with Graduate studies in Construction Economics and Management from the University College London.  Before becoming a Realtor, Mary Jo worked in the commercial furnishings industry and residential construction for over 20 years. 

Mary Jo is Board Member of The Lighthouse of Collier, a member of the Pelican Bay Women's League, Naples Area Board of Realtors, and the Florida Association of Realtors.
